Most Unique Self-care Tips to Triple Your Energy and Vitality

A few years ago, I went to see a client. She is in her late forties, she is over 300 pounds, also has diabetes, back pain, and arthritis. I asked her about her eating pattern, she said, “I put my work first and I don’t have time to eat lunch at work.” I asked, “Why?” She said, “I am an office clerk and I sacrifice my lunch to deal with clients because lunch time is my busiest time at work.” I asked her, “What is most important thing in your life?” She said, “Helping others”. I said, “Great. But you are the most important person in your life. How could you help others if you don’t have good health?” She got emotional and started to cry: “Since I was born I was told that I should put myself at the second place and serve others first.” The moment I questioned her, she was still stuck in her own mind and felt very defensive.

How many people who are the caregivers to others but need the care for themselves? Today we are facing increased health challenges, most of them due to lack of self-care. Self-care is engaging in activities and behaviors that have a positive effect on your mental and physical health. The best way to do this is to implement small but important self-care habits every day.  Self-care is about loving and nurturing yourself. If you don’t love and nurture yourself, who else is going to?

The most efficient way to do the self-care is to know your health condition and develop a strategic plan that can develop your strength and manage your weakness.

I have created this workshop that is based on the ancient wisdom from Traditional Chinese Medicine. It will not only improve your overall health condition but also prevent illness down the road. In this workshop you will learn:

1.  How to treat each common illness with just one simple and quick solution that is drug-free, such as a cough, headache, back pain, insomnia, and other chronic conditions.

3.  How to combine moxibustion with some most important acupoints for anti-aging, chronic pain relief, and common illness treatment.

4.  How to use the ancient method - cupping effectively for weight loss, detoxification, and chronic disease management.

5.  Popular ancient self-care solutions from Traditional Chinese Medicine for anti-aging and weight loss.

6.  Hands-on training to master the ancient techniques from Traditional Chinese Medicine.

You may wonder what is moxibustion. Moxibustion is a very effective therapy from Traditional Chinese Medicine. It is a form of heat treatment that stimulates specific acupuncture points of the body. Moxibustion therapy can be very effective for many diseases and conditions including back pain, headaches, arthritis, digestive disorders, anxiety, and other chronic conditions.

Cupping therapy is to create a local suction on the skin, which can be used as a massage technique to stimulate the healing process. The purpose of cupping is to enhance circulation, relieve pain and pull out toxins in the body. It has been used by the Olympic athletes for a quick recovery from injuries.

I will also introduce some unique concepts such as how to use the navel as a diagnostic tool, and how to determine a health condition from the physical senses. You will receive my ebook "Harness the Magical Power of Ancient Chinese Medicine" that includes many useful tips and solutions from Traditional Chinese Medicine to help you develop a healthy daily routine to live a happy long life.

How to Instantly Boost Your Energy and Immunity with These Ancient Magics?

Have you ever heard about the ancient techniques such as cupping and moxibustion from the Traditional Chinese Medicine? What makes them so unique and powerful?
Do you know that the top athletes during the recent Olympic Games have turned to the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) treatment known as “cupping” to boost their performance? In fact, the use of cupping therapy amongst athletes has grown over the last decade. Floyd Mayweather, Andy Murray, Amir Khan are recent Olympians in Rio who were seen with cupping marks during their competitions.

Cupping therapy is to create suction on your skin by using cups. It is an ancient technique from Traditional Chinese Medicine. One way to understand cupping is to consider it as the inverse of massage. Rather than applying pressure to muscles, the suction uses pressure to pull skin, tissue, and muscles upward. Cupping has gained growing popularity among the Hollywood stars. Jennifer Aniston has been enjoying cupping and acupuncture for a long time.
Cupping has numerous benefits — it can help remove toxins from the body and stimulate the flow of fresh blood and Qi (energy) to the affected area and throughout the body. It often works wonders for people who suffer from the flu, colds, coughs, back and muscle pain, poor circulation, anxiety, and other chronic pains.

Moxibustion involves the burning of mugwort (moxa) to facilitate the healing. Mugwort is an herb that has many healing benefits, including anti-inflammatory properties and balancing Yin and Yang energy. It has been widely used both internally and externally in TCM.  Moxibustion is a form of heat therapy in which the dry herb is burned on or very near the surface of the skin. This process will produce a short wave of infrared light to enhance the healing power.

According to TCM, cold and dampness can invade the body and deposit in the meridian channels, which causes energetic blockage in the body. Moxibustion helps dispel the cold and dampness in the body and promotes the energy flow in the body. In addition, it also increases the white blood cell count, reduces chronic inflammation, regulates menstruation cycles and eases menstruation cramps. The healing ability of moxibustion is truly amazing.
