How to Stop Annoying Nocturia and Tinnitus Easily and Quickly?

Nocturia means excessive urination at night time and tinnitus means ringing in the ears. If you wake up more than one time each night to go to the bathroom, you may have nocturia. A person with tinnitus often hears "ringing in the ears," but they may also hear hissing, clicking, or whistling sounds. It can be chronic and persistent, and it usually occurs after the age of 50 years. Certain medications can cause or worsen tinnitus, for example, aspirin, particularly in large doses.

Both of these conditions can affect your sleep quality and they are common issues as we are aging. Interestingly enough, there is a link between nocturia and ear ringing.

According to ancient Chinese Medicine, frequent urination at nigh time is linked to the weak Qi (energy) in the kidney meridian. The kidney is a power center of our life force – Prana. Therefore, weak Qi (energy) in the kidney meridian is linked to aging. This is why nocturia is commonly seen in the seniors.

You may not know that the energy in the kidney meridian opens in the ears, so ear ringing is also associated with weakened Qi (energy) in the kidney meridian. This is not a co-incidence.

Both issues are related to the aging process and Qi (energy) deficiency in the kidney meridian. I introduced a few simple self-care tips to fix these annoying issues easily in this video.
