You Are What You Drink

You are what you drink because our body is made of about 70 - 75% of water. Water has intelligence and consciousness, and water is a conductor. We are electrical beings. You can charge your water in many ways to boost its healing power, such as sending prayers to your drinking water or charging your water with crystals, frequencies, and sunlight. Have you heard about deuterium-depleted water?

Deuterium is an isotope of hydrogen that contains a proton and a neutron in the nucleus of the atom. The extra neutron doubles the mass of the hydrogen atom. When deuterium combines with oxygen, the resulting water is referred to as deuterium oxide or “heavy” water –D2O. Semi-heavy water results when one atom of hydrogen and one atom of deuterium combine with oxygen: (HDO).

Here are the differences:

  • Normal water boils at 100° C; heavy water boils at 101.4 °C
  • Normal water freezes at 0° C; heavy water freezes at 3.8° C.
  • Ice normally floats on the surface of the water; ice made with heavy water sinks.

Did you know that many chronic diseases are associated with elevated deuterium in the body? Research indicates that deuterium is coupled with DNA mutation and subsequent DNA damage. Deuterium affects the shape of molecules, including the shape of enzymes - many of which are involved in DNA synthesis and repair. The presence of deuterium in these enzymes causes transcription errors, and it hinders DNA repair. The aging process is correlated with a gradual accumulation of errors in DNA. The number of irreversible errors in the DNA sequence is directly influenced by deuterium. The lower the deuterium concentration, the lower the frequency of irreversible errors in DNA structures. The most recent research reveals that the body’s ability to get rid of deuterium decreases with age; weight gain, illnesses, and lack of quality sleep are also factors.

Influence factors:

  • Temperature – warm waters contain more deuterium
  • Altitude – high mountain waters contain less deuterium
  • Source – freshwaters contain less deuterium than oceans
  • Latitude (distance from the equator) – water on the poles has the least deuterium

Health benefits of deuterium-depleted water:

  • Stimulates cell growth and recovery
  • Boosts detox and metabolism
  • Cancer prevention
  • Supports mood and cognition
  • Enhances longevity

How to reduce deuterium in your body?

1.     Sweat – Sweat helps remove metabolic water with deuterium from the body more efficiently.

2.     Living water – Choose living water from the mountain over dead tap water.

3.     Move – Moving your body, the body is designed for moving, this helps the body remove metabolic waste more efficiently.

4.     A healthy diet – Choose organic food and healthy fats if possible.
