How to Protect Your Life Force?

According to energy medicine, Prana is our life force that sustains our soul journey physically and energetically. Based on TCM, the energy in the Du meridian flows in your spine, “Du” means governor, and your life force flows along your spine, this is why all the energetic discs called chakras are located along the spine.

The Du meridian is also called the “Sea of Yang energy”, it stores, nourishes, and moves the yang energy within the body. In terms of healing, the acupuncture points on the Du meridian are optimal to treat back and spine issues and strengthen our back. It also tonifies the kidney meridian - the center of our life force and boosts our reproductive system.

Therefore, protecting your spine is critical to your physical health. Our body also follows the cosmic cycle, winter is the time to protect and store the Yang energy in the body, which means to keep your body including your feet warm by dressing warm outside and prevent energetic blockages in the body. Du meridian is also called the Du Vessel that governs all of the Yang Meridians in the body, so to protect your spine from injuries helps safeguard the precious Yang energy in your body. Here are some common postures we all experience on a daily basis, are you doing it the correct way to prevent back injuries and protect your spine?

Harness the Magical Healing Power of Your Hands

January Full moon - Expcect the Unexpected Changes

The first full moon in 2021 will fall into Leo on Jan.28th and forms this T-square with rebellious Uranus and action-driven Aries. Leo is all about leadership, creativity, and expression. Both Aries and Uranus went direct from retrograde this month, which brings lots of unexpected events in this month especially when it comes to Jan.20th for the inauguration of the US president, a big surprise is coming! Competitive Aries squares transformative Pluto, this can create the challenges with transformation as we are seeing now both in political structures and individual levels. Both Mars and Uranus are in the fixed sign Taurus, this can cause challenges and frustration. Mars also forms the T-square with the Leo full moon, this can trigger some impatience and frustration during this full moon. Saturn forms a hard angle with rebellious Uranus, this is exactly playing out right now right in front of our eyes: the power struggle for freedom.

Venus and Pluto are paired in Capricorn, Venus rules relationships and Pluto brings in transformation, Capricorn governs structures, this may trigger an ending or a new beginning of a job. The sun is in Jupiter, which gives us faith and positive energy.

With the optimistic and expansive energy of Jupiter, we shall see the power of leadership from Leo soaring in the sky. However, Mercury will retrograde at the end of Jan. The delivery of truth may be delayed. I suggest seeking your truth instead of relying on the lies and fake news from mainstream media. Many people are not aware of the power of mind control, ultimately, we live in a hologram, everyone sees a different projection of our reality, and our mind is the projector. Until we control our mind, we can be the captain of our destiny. Exciting news about the new quantum financial system and the dawn of the Golden Age are coming very soon! Let's hope and expect for the BEST!

We offer a variety of readings, including Vedic astrology natal chart analysis, palm reading...If you are interested, please check here to book a session.
