Harness the Ancient Wisdom of Sound Frequency Healing

Sound frequency healing uses certain sound vibrations that can impact both our physical and mental health. It promotes healing by altering human consciousness. Sound frequency healing has been used for centuries to treat many illnesses, such as insomnia, anxiety, depression, and nervous system disorders. Sound frequency healing synchronizes with the brainwaves and reduces stress responses in the body. There are many healing benefits of sound frequency healing, including better sleep, relaxation, increased energy, better mood, mental clarity, and improved memory. Here are a few examples of different sound healing frequencies.

128 Hz: It is a frequency based on natural tuning where 1 Hz = C. In this tuning, 128 Hz is the seventh octave above 1 Hz. It is also the tuning where 432 Hz occurs, which is known for its amazing healing powers. Research demonstrates that 128Hz sound frequency increases nitric oxide in the body when used correctly, which promotes healthy functions of our physical systems and tissue healing.

136.1 Hz: It is the frequency associated with the sacred syllable Aum or Om, the Ohm Tuner (also referred to as mid-ohm) helps release negative emotions and stress in the heart center. This frequency promotes relaxation and calms the mind, which is very effective for reducing stress and anxiety. It promotes balance, enlightenment, love, and joy.

174 Hz: It is one of the Solfeggio frequencies. This frequency helps reduce pain and relieve stress.

285 Hz: It is also one of the Solfeggio frequencies. It helps activate the body into cellular regeneration and promote the healing of cuts, burns, and other physical injuries.

396Hz: It is also one of the Solfeggio frequencies. This sound frequency helps remove fear, guilt, and other negative feelings. 396 Hz frequency balances the root chakra while simultaneously transforming negative emotions into positive ones, such as love and joy.

417Hz: It is also one of the Solfeggio frequencies. It helps remove and dissolve negative energies in the environment including trauma. It activates the sacral chakra in our body.

432 Hz: 432 Hz is called the “Miracle Tone”.  It is mathematically consistent with the patterns of the universe and vibrates with the golden mean of the universe, Phi, it unifies the properties of light, time, space, matter, gravity, and magnetism with biology, the DNA code, and consciousness. 432 Hz and Schumann's Resonance of 7.83 – 8 Hz are intrinsically linked. The frequency of 8 Hz is at the top end of the Theta brainwave state, which is the brainwave state that makes us feel relaxed but conscious and open to our intuition. This sound frequency aligns you with the frequency of Mother Earth; it promotes relaxation, sharpens your intuition, increases your mental clarity, and promotes healing.

528 Hz: Also known as the love frequency, it is one of the most popular Solfeggio frequencies. This frequency is also known as the “miracle note” and it has been used in native populations as a healing sound with blessings for thousands of years.

639 Hz: It is a sound frequency that is associated with positive feelings and promotes harmonious personal relationships and clear misunderstandings in communication. 639 Hz is associated with the heart chakra.

852 Hz: It is a sound healing frequency that reduces overthinking and negative thought patterns, which helps prevent depression and anxiety.

963 Hz: This sound frequency is known as the “pure miracle tone” and the “frequency of the gods”. It is associated with high consciousness that activates the pineal gland and higher spiritual development. 963Hz is associated with the activation of the crown chakra and the connection to the source or divine.

Tuning forks are one of the tools to harvest the amazing healing of sound frequency healing. Placing the tuning fork on various areas of the body and playing specific frequencies can help reduce pain, relieve stress, improve sleep quality and increase circulation, etc. Here are three basic techniques to use tuning forks for healing.

The first step is to activate the tuning fork by tapping it on a rubber puck or with a mallet. You can hear the sound very clearly. When the sound dies away simply reactivate the tuning fork.

Technique One: Uses the 174 Hz unweighted tuning fork. The clear tone of the unweighted tuning fork is good for outside the body. This technique is used to start the healing process; you can hear the sound much more clearly than the weighted ones.

Technique Two: Uses either the 128 Hz or the 136.1 Hz tuning forks. Both of these are weighted and can be used directly on the body to target the pain area. You can keep working around the area where the pain is located, and reactivate it before it completely dies away.  Crystals can be attached to the end of the forks to amplify the healing vibrations of the tuning fork.

Technique Three: Uses the weighted 128 Hz tuning fork and the 136.1 Hz tuning fork simultaneously. Tap one tuning fork and then the other very quickly so they are both going at the same time. The vibrational frequencies of these two tuning forks are very close together with only a few Hz between them, which is very helpful to release energy blockages in the body.

There are other sound healing techniques, such as singing bowl and mantra, etc. Acoustic therapies are becoming more and more popular today to promote healing, boost energy and increase our vibration.
