The Hands - Your BEST Physiotherapist!

Have you ever wondered why many of us tend to jump on drugs instead of natural healing remedies when we suffer from certain health challenges these days? Maybe there are magical pills out there? I think we are conditioned to think this way due to the environment we grow up and how mainstream medicine influences us. Here is a very hard fact that deaths from pharmaceutical drugs are rising at an alarming rate! There are lots of statistical data you can search to validate on the internet.

Our body is the vehicle for us to travel on this physical plane, it is also our temple to enjoy life. Now it is time to develop a more natural and drug-free approach to protect and enhance our physical health more than ever because we are facing tremendous toxins and drug abuse in our environment. Let’s go back to ancient times to gain wisdom from our ancestors.

Did you know that your hands hold a tremendous healing power that has been used for centuries? According to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), your hands are like a mini-universe that reflects your general health. This is the reason why palm reading can be a useful tool to predict your health challenges. From reflexology, your hands are just like your feet that reflect your internal organs and spell the layout of your whole body. By stimulating certain parts of your hands, you can give your internal organs a good massage and even get rid of some stubborn health challenges that have been bothering you for a while.

What about your fingers? Each finger has a reference or energy channel to the brain, your fingers act as a keyboard that inputs information to your brain – the central computer system. Directing healing energy through your hands and fingers can break through emotional traumas, relieve chronic health challenges and restore your physical health naturally.

How to use your fingers to dissolve certain health challenges such as a cough, constipation, headaches, toothaches, and back pain, etc.?  Please check my recent video.

How to Protect Your Life Force?

According to energy medicine, Prana is our life force that sustains our soul journey physically and energetically. Based on TCM, the energy in the Du meridian flows in your spine, “Du” means governor, and your life force flows along your spine, this is why all the energetic discs called chakras are located along the spine.

The Du meridian is also called the “Sea of Yang energy”, it stores, nourishes, and moves the yang energy within the body. In terms of healing, the acupuncture points on the Du meridian are optimal to treat back and spine issues and strengthen our back. It also tonifies the kidney meridian - the center of our life force and boosts our reproductive system.

Therefore, protecting your spine is critical to your physical health. Our body also follows the cosmic cycle, winter is the time to protect and store the Yang energy in the body, which means to keep your body including your feet warm by dressing warm outside and prevent energetic blockages in the body. Du meridian is also called the Du Vessel that governs all of the Yang Meridians in the body, so to protect your spine from injuries helps safeguard the precious Yang energy in your body. Here are some common postures we all experience on a daily basis, are you doing it the correct way to prevent back injuries and protect your spine?

Harness the Magical Healing Power of Your Hands

January Full moon - Expcect the Unexpected Changes

The first full moon in 2021 will fall into Leo on Jan.28th and forms this T-square with rebellious Uranus and action-driven Aries. Leo is all about leadership, creativity, and expression. Both Aries and Uranus went direct from retrograde this month, which brings lots of unexpected events in this month especially when it comes to Jan.20th for the inauguration of the US president, a big surprise is coming! Competitive Aries squares transformative Pluto, this can create the challenges with transformation as we are seeing now both in political structures and individual levels. Both Mars and Uranus are in the fixed sign Taurus, this can cause challenges and frustration. Mars also forms the T-square with the Leo full moon, this can trigger some impatience and frustration during this full moon. Saturn forms a hard angle with rebellious Uranus, this is exactly playing out right now right in front of our eyes: the power struggle for freedom.

Venus and Pluto are paired in Capricorn, Venus rules relationships and Pluto brings in transformation, Capricorn governs structures, this may trigger an ending or a new beginning of a job. The sun is in Jupiter, which gives us faith and positive energy.

With the optimistic and expansive energy of Jupiter, we shall see the power of leadership from Leo soaring in the sky. However, Mercury will retrograde at the end of Jan. The delivery of truth may be delayed. I suggest seeking your truth instead of relying on the lies and fake news from mainstream media. Many people are not aware of the power of mind control, ultimately, we live in a hologram, everyone sees a different projection of our reality, and our mind is the projector. Until we control our mind, we can be the captain of our destiny. Exciting news about the new quantum financial system and the dawn of the Golden Age are coming very soon! Let's hope and expect for the BEST!

We offer a variety of readings, including Vedic astrology natal chart analysis, palm reading...If you are interested, please check here to book a session.

Licorice Root - Put Your Digestion Back on Track Fast and More...

If you suffer from digestive issues due to the change of your daily routine from the holiday season, or a cough or a cold due to the cold weather, licorice can help. Licorice root is an ancient herb in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). It has been used in many herbal blends to treat various health issues in TCM. Licorice root is inexpensive but has amazing healing powers. It has anti-viral, antibacterial, and antimicrobial properties. The active ingredient glycyrrhizic acid in licorice root helps treat a cough, sore throat, asthma, etc. Licorice root is also a great herbal remedy to treat digestive disorders, such as stomach ulcers, gastritis, and other digestive-related issues due to its anti-inflammatory properties.

One of the great aspects of licorice root that most people are not aware of is its detox power, it helps detoxify the liver and other organs and protects the liver from toxins and viruses overload. Many people who experience chronic bronchitis also suffer from excessive phlegm in the throat, which is produced from the spleen meridian based on TCM, licorice root comes in handy, it helps reduce excessive phlegm and soothe coughs and puts your lungs back on track fast. Dried licorice roots can work with the dried tangerine peels as an herbal tea blend that works wonders as a cough remedy and it aids digestion as well, which has been used commonly in TCM. You can take licorice roots in a tea, capsule, or extract form. If you have high blood pressure, you have to consult a professional to use licorice root because it can potentially raise your blood pressure. The recommended routine is two weeks on and two weeks off if you take it as a supplement. The benefits of licorice root can go on and on, please check my post for more details.
