Why Is Spring the Best Time to Rescue Your Liver?

The energy in our body follows the cosmic cycles and spring is the best time to enhance the energy flow in your liver meridian according to TCM. Your liver is a Chief General and has its own intelligence. It has accumulated wisdom for many generations and organizes many functions in the body, one of the most important tasks of the liver as we all know is detoxification. When the energy is depleted in your liver meridian, you may experience chronic fatigue, insomnia, irritability, digestive issues, and dry eyes. Today, I am sharing two simple remedies to boost the energy flow in your liver meridian and support your liver function.

Castor Oil Packs

Castor oil is a vegetable oil pressed from castor beans. It is a colorless or pale yellow liquid with a distinct taste and odorMost castor plants are found in Africa and India. Castor oil has an impressive history of human use. Hieroglyphics describe the use of castor oil dating back to 1500 BCE in Egypt.  It has been used for centuries as an old remedy for bacterial infections and inflammation. Castor oil provides a wide range of amazing health benefits. It possesses natural stimulant laxative properties; it can promote hair growth and repair dry skin; it has been shown to boost lymphatic, circulatory, and immune health. Castor oil can also help treat arthritis and relieve hemorrhoids with external applications. It is an effective treatment for shrinking hemorrhoids. Dip a cotton ball in castor oil and apply it directly to the hemorrhoids. Leave the cotton ball for at least 15 minutes on the hemorrhoids and do this treatment regularly if necessary.

Castor oil packs are a simple and easy application to enjoy this amazing healing oil, which can provide many surprising health benefits as follows:

How Can Astrology Predict Your Heath and Future?

Based on the ancient saying of Hypocrites, “A physician without a knowledge of Astrology has no right to call himself a physician." You can see how our ancestors valued astrology as useful guidance in our life including our health. We were born at a certain time and location, all these can influence the energy flow in our body because we are part of the Cosmos. From ancient Vedic astrology, your birth chart can reveal your potential health challenges and you can recognize lying opportunities around you as well as solutions to problems with guidance from astrology.

How can astrology predict your health? For example, if your moon Nakshatra is Uttara Ashadha based on Vedic astrology, you are likely more prone to teeth problems because this moon Nakshatra is linked to the teeth, not only that, it can also hurt your pocket if you suffer from ongoing teeth problems without being fixed, it can affect your finance because your mouth is linked to the 2nd house, which is associated with your finances. Another example is if Mercury planet is debilitated in your chart, it may affect your nervous system because Mercury is associated with the nervous system. If your moon is in the Scorpio sign in the D9 division (Navamsa) chart, you may carry unhealed emotional traumas from past lives. All these planets are alive just like us, as above, so as below. I have been combining this ancient wisdom from astrology and palmistry in my practice to help others gain insights and progress regarding their mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical health.

Right here and right now, we are at a historical point in our history. This is because Pluto changed signs, it is a very big deal because it only happens every 12 to 30 years. On Thursday, March 23, 2023, it changed signs into Aquarius, marking March as one of the most exciting months of the year astrologically speaking.

The last time Pluto passed through Aquarius was between 1778 and 1798, a revolutionary and transformative period that changed how the world viewed power, money, technology, and society as a whole. This transit will be just as revolutionary, if not, more than the last time. Pluto represents transformation, death, and rebirth, while Aquarius represents revolution, freedom, and reshaping humanity. The combination of these energies together sets the stage for a complete overhaul of each individual views and how the current systems that prevent progress must be left behind. Pluto in Aquarius retrogrades back into Capricorn before finally settling down into the sign of Aquarius for the next 20 years. It is going to be an exciting ride!

During its long transit, Pluto also squares the lunar node axis on March 23rd. This Taurus and Scorpio lunar node axis represents our financial system, with Pluto forming the T- square to the lunar nodes, we are experiencing the collapse of the old system while the new one is in the making right here and right now. Let’s envision and manifest our best outcome.

I am very excited to present my services at the Metaphysical, Psychic, and Wellness Fair on March 25th in Parksville. This Wellness event is hosted by the Shift-In-Action Group in Parksville. You will meet lots of gifted healers and artists at the event. I will be offering holistic health consultations, natural health products, palm readings, face readings, tongue readings, tarot card readings, Astro card readings with Vedic Astrology, etc. I will also give a speech from 12 pm to 1 pm on the root causes of the most common diseases, and how to treat the body as a living matrix and work with your environment and cosmic cycles to resolve your health challenges more effectively.

Everyone is welcome! Please check my post below for more details. I am looking forward to meeting you there.

Your Root Starts from Your Big Toe

In nature, the roots of plants grow in the soil. The big toe, located at the bottom of the human body, is in direct contact with the earth, which has a "root" nature. Your big toes play an important role in supporting your weight and balancing your physical body.

There are two source points on your big toe on both sides. One is connected to the spleen meridian and another one is connected to the liver meridian. Yinbai acupoint is in the spleen meridian, it is on the outside of the end of the big toe, about 0.1 cun from the angle of the nail. Dadun acupoint is in the liver meridian, it is located on the inner end of the big toe, 0.1 cun from the angle of the nail. Massaging your big toe can provide many health benefits as follows:

1.  Enhances digestion: Yinbai acupoint in the spleen meridian can help strengthen digestion and boost immunity.

2.  Improves sleep quality: Dadun acupoint in the liver meridian can help strengthen the liver’s detoxification process at night. Both acupoints can help prevent insomnia and improve sleep quality.

3.  Regulates menstruation cycles for women.

The best time to massage your big toe is in the morning between 9 am to 11 am because the energy is peaking in your spleen meridian. Consistency is the key.

You Are What You Drink

You are what you drink because our body is made of about 70 - 75% of water. Water has intelligence and consciousness, and water is a conductor. We are electrical beings. You can charge your water in many ways to boost its healing power, such as sending prayers to your drinking water or charging your water with crystals, frequencies, and sunlight. Have you heard about deuterium-depleted water?

Deuterium is an isotope of hydrogen that contains a proton and a neutron in the nucleus of the atom. The extra neutron doubles the mass of the hydrogen atom. When deuterium combines with oxygen, the resulting water is referred to as deuterium oxide or “heavy” water –D2O. Semi-heavy water results when one atom of hydrogen and one atom of deuterium combine with oxygen: (HDO).

Here are the differences:

  • Normal water boils at 100° C; heavy water boils at 101.4 °C
  • Normal water freezes at 0° C; heavy water freezes at 3.8° C.
  • Ice normally floats on the surface of the water; ice made with heavy water sinks.

Did you know that many chronic diseases are associated with elevated deuterium in the body? Research indicates that deuterium is coupled with DNA mutation and subsequent DNA damage. Deuterium affects the shape of molecules, including the shape of enzymes - many of which are involved in DNA synthesis and repair. The presence of deuterium in these enzymes causes transcription errors, and it hinders DNA repair. The aging process is correlated with a gradual accumulation of errors in DNA. The number of irreversible errors in the DNA sequence is directly influenced by deuterium. The lower the deuterium concentration, the lower the frequency of irreversible errors in DNA structures. The most recent research reveals that the body’s ability to get rid of deuterium decreases with age; weight gain, illnesses, and lack of quality sleep are also factors.

Influence factors:

  • Temperature – warm waters contain more deuterium
  • Altitude – high mountain waters contain less deuterium
  • Source – freshwaters contain less deuterium than oceans
  • Latitude (distance from the equator) – water on the poles has the least deuterium

Health benefits of deuterium-depleted water:

  • Stimulates cell growth and recovery
  • Boosts detox and metabolism
  • Cancer prevention
  • Supports mood and cognition
  • Enhances longevity

How to reduce deuterium in your body?

1.     Sweat – Sweat helps remove metabolic water with deuterium from the body more efficiently.

2.     Living water – Choose living water from the mountain over dead tap water.

3.     Move – Moving your body, the body is designed for moving, this helps the body remove metabolic waste more efficiently.

4.     A healthy diet – Choose organic food and healthy fats if possible.

Unlock the Hidden Link Between Parasites and Weight Gain

What are parasites? They are a group of worms, viruses, and fungi that live in or on a host to get their food from or at the expense of the host. When it comes to parasites, many people think of folks in developing countries where hygiene practice is poor, but this is not the case, parasites have a much shorter lifespan than the host – the human body, they evolve quicker than us and become more adaptable and diversified over time. Different parasites feed off a variety of toxins from GMO food, toxic heavy metals, mold, and other toxins. Many people carry abundant parasites without awareness. In fact, parasites are the root causes of many illnesses. What is the connection between parasites and weight gain?

Parasites slow down the production of good gut bacteria and stimulate bad gut bacteria growth. They also use our body as a toilet and secret a variety of toxins. These toxins and excess acid buildup from parasites can accumulate in your liver and kidneys and are dumped into fat cells for storage, which contribute to weight gain. Not only do they secret harmful toxins, but they ultimately die off in your body and flood it with waste and harmful toxins. This high acidity content breaks down muscle tissue and slows down your metabolism because your body has to work hard to remove excess acid from your bloodstream. According to the research at the Pennington Biomedical Research Center. Seven viruses have been reported to be the causes of obesity in animal models by various research groups.

When your gut is suffering from chronic inflammation from parasites, it sends signals to the body to produce more cortisol, a primary anti-inflammatory hormone, to initiate a fight-to-fight state. Cortisol is also a fat-storage hormone, which contributes to weight gain, especially around the waistline. Many gut issues are linked to parasite overload in the body, which can cause SIBO – small intestine bacteria overgrowth, bloating, food sensitivities, leaky gut syndromes, etc.

As we know that our body’s circadian rhythm responds to the moon’s cycles. Did you know that parasites are more active and productive during a full moon period coinciding with your circadian rhythm? How to take advantage of the full moon period to cleanse parasites more effectively? Please check my recent video.

When it comes to mushrooms, they are among the healthiest foods on the planet. One of them is worth mentioning, which is Lion’s Mane mushroom, it is a cancer fighter and digestive function booster.

Lion’s Mane (Hericium Erinaceus) is named after its distinct appearance, resembling the fury look of a lion’s mane. Its primary claim to fame is how it stimulates the Nerve Growth Factor (NGF), a protein that protects neurons and is essential for the growth, maintenance, proliferation, and survival of nerve cells. It has been shown to help boost both short-term and long-term memory and also help with anxiety and depression by boosting dopamine levels.

Lion’s Mane also decreases both pain and inflammation by inhibiting the Cox-II pathways, a more unique characteristic of Lion’s Mane Its ability to help is so widespread that one study stated that Lion’s Mane benefits, “include antibiotic, anti-carcinogenic, anti-diabetic, anti-fatigue, antihypertensive, antihyperlipidemic, antisenescence, cardioprotective, hepatoprotective, nephroprotective, and neuroprotective properties and improvement of anxiety, cognitive function, and depression.” A quality that crosses over to most of the mushrooms is that of aiding gut microbiota. The bioactive compounds in Lion’s Mane and other mushrooms seem to enhance and support the growth of beneficial bacteria in the body that then ward off disease through competitive existence. Lion's Mane also contains Chitin-Glucan, an insoluble fiber that can improve digestion and nutrient absorption while promoting the growth of beneficial bacteria in your intestines to stimulate immune system function.

Here are some amazing health benefits of lion’s mane mushrooms.
